#FindYourFun campaign encouraged people to find the fun in everything they do. It was Crocs first international marketing campaign that spanned U.S., U.K., Japan, China and South Korea. The simplicity of the idea - the Crocs silhouette is a global icon, and the visual can be understood by anyone on a global scale. I helped rollout the creative campaign to regional offices in Japan, South Korea and China. Learning the cultural differences during this campaign was one of the biggest takeaways in my career.
